Pocono  Northeast Resource Conservation & Development Council (RC&D) is a publicly supported nonprofit (IRS-501c3) organization serving ten counties in northeastern and central Pennsylvania.  Directed by a group of dedicated volunteers appointed by sponsoring Conservation Districts, Council members represent numerous interests and disciplines, including agriculture, forestry, environment, education, wildlife management, mine reclamation, recreation and economic development.  Please contact us for assistance.
