Using Web 2.0 Technologies to Build Stakeholder Driven programs

We observed that Not Everyone can cope with Web 2.0 Technologies:

On an older PC platform of Windows 2000 and Office 2000 we were not able to open and view the PPTX presentation (above). Even installing the 2007 PowerPoint Viewer (free from Microsoft - and stated to be able to view pptx files) we still could not open and view the file.

On a newer PC platform of Windows XP Pro and Office 2003, updated, we could immediately open and view the PPTX file.

 

With this observation we have taken the liberty to convert the PPTX file into a PDF (a larger file) so that all can appreciate the content, which is important.
